At Ormonde Jayne, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our fine fragrances; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been unsealed or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated client services team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused item in its original signature packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
